Nicole and husband, Jamison, are Compass Lake Tahoe's founding partners.

After years of helping build a local independent brokerage into one of the Tahoe Basin's most sought after real estate brands, Nicole and Jamison recognized the unique opportunity that is Compass. The timing was right and they moved forward to connect up with its innovative approach in serving real estate consumers.

Also a practicing attorney and technology entrepreneur, Nicole is no stranger to hard work and tracking details, staying committed to client needs long after a deed is recorded. From selling Squaw Valley to listing lakeside resort homes, Nicole is an innovative leader who sets a high bar for business accomplishment that has been fostered by her incomparable work ethic and passion for helping clients.

Nicole hails from Utah, but has called North Lake Tahoe home for more than two decades. Fueled by her love of the region, she has accumulated an impressive track record of notable transactions during her years in real estate. Along with Jamison, they are proud parents to three children who are fortunate enough to live in such a unique environment while participating in its variety of outdoor experiences.
