Marilyn O'Donoghue

Marilyn strives to provide the best-in-class service for buyers and sellers looking to purchase a vacation home.  Marilyn treats every transaction as if it were her own and client satisfaction is her utmost concern.  She understands the intricacies of the coastal housing market and has the patience and persistence to work through any conditions.  

Along with her passion and positive attitude, Marilyn believes communication is key to a successful transaction.  She is a skilled negotiator and a proven problem solver.  Marilyn grew up in Margate, NJ and is a graduate of Villanova University, and was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.  Marilyn is an Accredited Staging Professional and in her free time she enjoys golf, travel, days at the beach and spending time with family and friends.
