Jen Holden

Jen Holden is celebrating the start of her lucky 13th year as a licensed Realtor based in Anne Arundel County, MD. A Maryland native raised by two career educators, she attended the University of Maryland and enjoyed a career as an engineer and computer systems analyst before becoming a real estate agent. 

Jen has built a successful team of real estate professionals who share her passion for delivering top-notch customer service and commitment to educating clients for smart decision-making. The mission of the Jen Holden Group of Compass is to provide clients with exceptional professional service and always keep their best interests at heart. Jen’s big goals for 2024 are to become a better team leader and improve her video marketing skills.

Consistently ranked among the top 50 realtors in the Annapolis area, Jen and her team are proud to contribute to the community by sponsoring local events and school programs and volunteering with local service organizations such as Feed Anne Arundel.  

Jen lives in Millersville, MD, with her husband, two children, and an energetic chocolate lab. When she is not selling houses, Jen enjoys sailing, skiing, and drinking lots of coffee.
